Jow, besides being the name of the band's mascot - a little worm that always waves positively to those who look at it - is also the name of a great friend of the band. Jow would always show up in the middle of the night with a red car and make the most noise. As we say in the song, if Jow is around you can never sleep, one day he disappeared and we never heard from him again.

It's a very progressive song, long and with a well worked solo, but with the energetic refrains of Punk Oi!
